A twenty-one year old blind girl was kidnapped outside the Philomathion by person or persons unknown. She was taken to a warehouse in the meat-packing district where her faceless captor or captors proceeded to torture the promising young abstract impressionist painter to death with a stereo, a pair of headphones, and a library of six-hundred-sixty–six Grindcore CDs. The coroner notes that other than the headphones the captive blind girl’s care was excellent; she was well nourished and properly hydrated. Yet, the coroner estimates, it took her less than ninety-six hours to die from sheer Grindcore.
